Sakai 2.1.1 is available

Sakai 2.1.1 is available for download. Version 2.1.1 offers fixes to issues unearthed in 2.1.0 since its release in December 2005. The 2.1 code is marked most prominently by the inclusion of course sections and making several of the bundle tools 'section-aware,' but there are other new tools and many improvements to the code. 2.1 is also the first version of Sakai to include provisional tools from the broader community.
